Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Originalcustoman, we stand behind our work. We are committed to providing high-quality tailoring and repair services that meet your expectations.

Revision Policy

If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of our work, we offer free revisions within 14 days of service completion, provided that:

  • The requested changes are within the scope of the original service agreement
  • The garment has not been altered by another service provider
  • The revision request is reasonable and achievable

Refund Policy

Service Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to complete the requested service due to our error
  • If the service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and cannot be corrected
  • If the service is cancelled before work begins

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services that have been completed as agreed
  • Changes in customer preferences after service completion
  • Damage to garments that was not caused by our work
  • Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days

Unclaimed Items

Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be disposed of or donated. We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers before disposing of unclaimed items.

Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to handle garments with care, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage that becomes apparent during service
  • Garments that are beyond repair due to fabric condition
  • Damage caused by improper care after service completion

If damage occurs during our service due to our error, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

How to Request a Return or Revision

To request a revision or refund:

  1. Contact us within the specified timeframes
  2. Provide your service receipt or order number
  3. Describe the issue or concern
  4. Bring the item to our location for inspection if requested
